Since 1985, Nexus Youth Services has offered counselling and supports to youth like you, ages 14 to 24, who live in the Region of Peel in Ontario, Canada. This region includes the City of Mississauga, the City of Brampton and the Town of Caledon.

Nexus Youth Services is a not-for-profit community organization and a charity. We recently launched a new website at NexusYouth.ca. You can also follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook! 

Our Mission

Nexus Youth Services creates opportunities for youth by providing high quality services that are inclusive and responsive to the needs and voices of youth.

We believe in youth engagement. This means that we involve youth like you in planning, providing and evaluating our services. We want to hear your views so that our services can meet your needs, and the needs of other youth in the community.

 

Nexus Youth Services has two main programs: our Community Counselling Program and Nexus Youth Centre.

 

To speak to someone about our Nexus Youth Centre, call 905-566-1883 or drop in when the Centre is open. You will find the Centre's location and hours when you click on the link above.

 

To speak to someone about our Community Counselling Program, call Mental Health Services for Children and Youth (Centralized Intake) at 905-451-4655. Workers will answer your call between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. After 4:30 or on weekends, you can leave a message and we will call you back the next working day.

Our services are free and private. You do not require a parent’s permission to use our services or other health and social services like ours.
