Should you come to our program?
You should come to our program
- if you are between 12 and 24 years old,
- if you live in the Region of Peel, and
- if you want to make changes on your own, without your family being involved.
What do we do?
We will work with you to help you solve your problems at home, school, work, and in the community. We will also help you build on your strengths so that you can deal with other problems that may come up in the future.
First, we will talk to you about one specific problem that you want to deal with. This meeting is part of our Step One to Success service, also called SOS.
You can choose to come back for more SOS meetings. You can also ask to have counselling with the same mental health worker each time, but you may have to wait for this service. After you leave the program, you can come back whenever you need our help.
