Concurrent Disorders (Mental Health and Addictions)
Our Concurrent Disorders Program provides a host of services and evidence-based treatments for youth dealing with mental health issues and sustance abuse problems.

Who is eligible for this program?
Youth and service-providers within the Region of Peel are welcome to use our services. Service-providers who have clinical experience with mental health and substance abuse are suited for this program as well.

The service areas for our Concurrent Disorders Program include:

children's mental health agencies,
service providers specializing in substance abuse,
Peel Children's Aid Society, district school boards hospitals, Peel Public Health, youth justice sector, transitional housing agencies, and
other service-providers who work with youth.

What do we do?
By offering training about evidence-based treatments, we aim to expand the availability of appropriate services for these youth in need.

We also provide case-specific consultations for anyone in the Region of Peel working with this clientele. These consultations are designed to reinforce information learned during training and to specifically customize treatments for each client.
