ECHO Residential Treatment Program
Our ECHO Residential Treatment Program provides a competency-based residential treatment for male sexual offenders between 13 and 16 years of age.

ECHO is an acronym for Education, Change, Health and Opportunity – the four treatment components of the program.

Focusing on these youth’s strengths, we help them deal with their social, emotional, educational, and mental health needs. We also help them deal with their sexually offending behaviours.

Who is eligible for this program?
In our ECHO Residential Treatment Program, we treat youth who have these characteristics:

We reserve three of our five beds for youth who live in the Region of Peel. The remaining two are per diem beds that are available to youth living outside of the Region of Peel.

What do we do?
Our multi-disciplinary team guides each youth through an individualized treatment program that includes treatment related to their problems:

Treatment may include a combination of individual, group, and family treatment interventions.

An integral part of our program involves supporting these youth as they reintegrate into their community.
