Intensive Supports and Resource Coordination Program (ISRCP):

Does your child have many serious mental health challenges that have been happening for a long time? Does your child need help from many different services in the community? Is it hard to get all the help you need?

If so, our Intensive Supports and Resource Coordination Program (also called ISRCP) may be able to figure out how these services can work together to help your child.

Can your child take part in our program?
Your child can use our program if:

What do we do?
After talking to you and your child, a mental health worker called an Intensive Resource Coordinator (or IRC for short) will work with you to create a plan for how these services can work together to help your child.

The IRC will help by talking to many people and groups, such as your child’s school, doctor and other community agencies. The IRC helps you find the services your child needs and plans meetings for you with these services.

We do this to make sure your child gets the services that he or she needs. We also want your family to feel less stress so you can be happier and stay together. We want you to get the information and support you need to help your child.

Our support will not stop, no matter what happens. If things do not work out as we planned, we will make a new plan to meet your child’s and family’s needs.

How can you find out more about our program?
To find out if ISRCP can help you and your child, please call Mental Health Services for Children and Youth (Centralized Intake) at 905-451-4655.
